International Order and Shipping Same prices in U.S. dollar as published on our website apply to both domestic and international orders. A charge of handling fee for international order will also be applied, which equals to the amount of US domestic shipping charge. This additional charge will be listed as "handling fee for international order" on your invoice from Enzymax. There are two ways for international shipping as listed below. 1. Shipping by using your own FedEx account. This shipping method is preferred, because shipping cost is lower and customs clearance at the border of you country is faster. Please email us your shipping account number before placing order. PO order is accepted for government institutions, universities, research institutions, and well-established business entities. 2. Shipping by using Enzymax account that will be charged to your order. This shipping method can only be used for prepaid orders, such as payment in U.S. dollars by credit card or wire transfer. The exact amount of shipping charge depends on your order. Please contact us for a quote. Then, add the quoted shipping level (see below) to your shopping cart before checking out. Please note that, using this method of shipping, we do not guaranty that dry ice will remain in the shipping container for dry ice packages if customs clearance is delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control.
